Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grab a skillet and brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion over medium heat. Cook until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is soft, then drain off any excess fat.
3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixing until everything is nice and combined.
4. Spread this hearty beef mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
5. Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture, making sure to cover it all.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots for a melty, cheesy finish.
7. Bake in your preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and everything is bubbly and delicious.
