Ingredients
For the crust:

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (e.g., Oreo or chocolate graham crackers) 🍪

1/4 cup sugar 🍬

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 🧈

For the peanut butter filling:

1 cup creamy peanut butter 🥜

8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀

1 cup powdered sugar 🍬

1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 🥛

For the chocolate ganache:

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫

1/4 cup heavy cream 🥛

1. Make the crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 🔥

Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. 🍪

Press into a 9-inch pie pan, covering the bottom and sides. 🍰

Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool. 🕒

2. Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat together:

Peanut butter

Cream cheese

Powdered sugar

Vanilla extract
…until smooth and creamy. 🥜🧀🍬

In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. 🥛

Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. 🧁

3. Assemble the pie:
Spread the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust. 🍰

Smooth the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until firm. ❄️

4. Make the ganache:
Heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer (30–45 sec in microwave). 🕒

Add chocolate chips and let sit 1 minute.

Stir until smooth and glossy. 🍫

Cool slightly, then drizzle over chilled pie.

5. Serve & enjoy:
Let ganache set before slicing.

Optional: Top with whipped cream, extra ganache, or chopped peanuts. 🍫🥜
