Grilled Chicken Skewers
Grilled chicken skewers are a delicious and healthy option for any occasion. Marinated with flavorful spices and grilled to perfection, the chicken turns out smoky, juicy, and incredibly tasty.

Ingredients:
500 g (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
Β½ tsp ground cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste
Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinade:
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes and toss well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
2. Assemble the skewers:
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread the chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating for even distribution.
3. Grill the skewers:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
4. Serve and enjoy:
Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
Pair them with rice, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad.
