Lemon Cheesecake Bars Delight
Ingrédients
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon lemon zest
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– Yellow food coloring (optional)
– Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and flour.
7. Fold in sour cream and a few drops of yellow food coloring if desired.
8. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and bake for 35-40 minutes.
9. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
10. Cut into squares, dust with powdered sugar
