Raspberry Cheesecake Salad
Ingredients:
1. 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2. 1 cup powdered sugar
3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4. 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
5. 1 pint fresh raspberries
6. 1 pint fresh blueberries
7. 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
8. 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
1. Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:
1.1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
1.2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
1.3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
2. Assemble the Salad:
2.1. In a large serving bowl, layer half of the cheesecake mixture.
2.2. Top with half of the raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and mini marshmallows.
2.3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
3. Chill and Serve:
3.1. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
3.2. Serve the Raspberry Cheesecake Salad chilled and enjoy the creamy, fruity goodness.
