Philly Cheese Steak Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb thinly sliced beef (such as flank steak or ribeye)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 cups frozen hash browns
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook beef until browned, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
In a large casserole dish, layer hash browns, beef, and sautéed vegetables.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the casserole.
Top with shredded cheese and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Serve hot and enjoy!
