Ingredients:

For the Beef Marinade:

1 lb flank steak or ribeye, thinly sliced

8 small flour tortillas

2 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

Marinate the Beef:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang (if using). (Duration: 3 minutes)

Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor). (Duration: 30 minutes marinating)

Prepare the Slaw:

In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions. (Duration: 3 minutes)
