1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

1/2 cup cold sparkling water (for a light batter)

Vegetable oil, for frying

8 small corn tortillas

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sour cream

2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped

1 tbsp lime juice ๐Ÿ‹

1 tsp garlic powder ๐Ÿง„

1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)

Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Slaw ๐Ÿฅฌ
2 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped ๐ŸŒฟ

1 tbsp lime juice ๐Ÿ‹

1 tsp honey (optional)

1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Chipotle Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and honey.

Whisk together until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, cilantro, and lime juice.
