2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped

2 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple)
1/2 cup shredded carrots

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and honey.
Whisk together until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, cilantro, and lime juice.
