Creamy Milk Cake

Creamy Milk Cake
Creamy Milk Cake is a luscious, indulgent dessert that’s often made with condensed milk, evaporated milk, and a few simple ingredients to create a rich and creamy texture. It’s often served as a milk-based pudding or cake-like treat. Here’s a simple and delicious recipe to make your own Creamy Milk Cake at home!
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup whole milk

For the Creamy Milk Mixture:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup whole milk (or more if needed to adjust the creaminess)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:
Whipped cream

Chopped nuts (like pistachios or almonds)

Shredded coconut

Fresh fruit (like berries or sliced mango)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9-inch round or square cake pan.

2. Prepare the Cake:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.

In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together using an electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the whole milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly.

3. Bake the Cake:
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

4. Prepare the Creamy Milk Mixture:
While the cake is cooling, prepare the creamy milk mixture. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

5. Soak the Cake:
Once the cake has cooled, use a fork or skewer to poke small holes all over the top of the cake. This will allow the creamy milk mixture to soak into the cake, making it rich and creamy.

Slowly pour the creamy milk mixture over the entire cake, letting it soak in. You may not need all of it, depending on how moist you want the cake. Let the cake absorb the mixture for about 20-30 minutes.

6. Chill and Set:
Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to let the flavors meld and the cake set.

7. Serve:
Once chilled, slice and serve your creamy milk cake. You can garnish it with whipped cream, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or fresh fruit for added flavor and texture.

Optional Variations:
Coconut Milk Cake: Swap the whole milk with coconut milk for a coconut-flavored twist.

Chocolate Milk Cake: Add cocoa powder to the cake batter for a chocolate version of the creamy milk cake.

Flavored Milk: Infuse the creamy milk mixture with a bit of cardamom or rose water for a more exotic flavor.

This Creamy Milk Cake is perfect for any occasion and is sure to impress with its silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Would you like to try any variations, or need tips on preparing it ahead of time?
