Tropical Strawberry Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
– 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
– 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
– 1 banana, sliced
– 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
– Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
– If using fresh fruit, wash and hull the strawberries, peel and slice the banana, and peel and chop the mango.

2. Blend the Smoothie:
– In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, banana, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and Greek yogurt (if using). Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker consistency.

3. Blend Until Smooth:
– Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.

4. Taste and Adjust:
– Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

5. Serve:
– Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately. You can garnish with a slice of fruit or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired.
