Classic Pepperoni Pizza

Classic Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients:
1 ball pizza dough
½ cup pizza sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
20–25 slices pepperoni
Olive oil (for brushing)
Dried oregano (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and lightly oil a pizza pan or stone.
Roll out dough into a 12-inch circle and place on pan.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
Brush crust edges with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano if desired.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
