Cheesy Chicken Garlic Pull-Apart Bake


Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated biscuit dough (cut into quarters)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or green onions)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prep biscuits: Cut biscuits into quarters. Toss them in the garlic butter mixture until coated.
- Layer the bake:
- Spread half of the buttered biscuit pieces in the baking dish.
- Add half of the chicken cubes.
- Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuits, chicken, and cheese.
- Bake: Place uncovered in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Finish & serve: Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Tips:
- You can add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor.
- For a creamy version, stir 1/2 cup ranch dressing or Alfredo sauce into the chicken before layering.
- Serve with a fresh green salad for balance.
