### **Cheese Tortellini Pepperoni Pizza Casserole**

**A cheesy, crowd-pleasing mash-up of pizza and pasta—easy to prep and impossible to resist.**

#### **Ingredients:**

* 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
* 1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce
* 1 cup sliced pepperoni
* 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend *(optional)*
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning *(optional)*
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder *(optional)*
* 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes *(optional, for heat)*
* Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish *(optional)*

#### **Instructions:**

1. **Preheat Oven:**
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking or casserole dish.

2. **Cook Tortellini:**
Boil tortellini in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. **Mix Ingredients:**
In a large bowl, combine:

* Cooked tortellini
* Pizza sauce
* Sliced pepperoni
* Half of the mozzarella cheese
* *(Optional)* Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes

Stir until well mixed.

4. **Assemble Casserole:**
Pour mixture into prepared dish. Top with:

* Remaining mozzarella
* Italian cheese blend (if using)
