Caramel Apple Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
For the Filling:
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
1 cup diced apples
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup crumble topping (mix of brown sugar, flour, and butter)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool. 2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool completely. 3. Top with diced apples, caramel sauce, and crumble topping. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
