Creamy Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz rigatoni pasta (cooked according to package instructions)
1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
3. Combine with Pasta and Chicken: Add the cooked rigatoni pasta and the cooked chicken to the creamy sauce. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
4. Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese before serving.
