Instructions

Line a square 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, letting the paper hang over the sides for easy lifting. - Melt the Base:
In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped white chocolate and condensed milk.
Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
(Alternatively, melt gently over a double boiler.) - Add Flavor & Texture:
Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Add the coconut, rice bubbles, and chopped red and green cherries.
Mix everything together until evenly coated. - Spread & Smooth:
