Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon
🛒Ingredients 🛒
1 large salmon fillet (butterflied)
6–8 jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 cup lump crab meat
2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
👨🍳Directions 👨🍳
1️⃣ Make Filling: In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, mayo, mustard, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
2️⃣ Stuff Salmon: Slice salmon horizontally to butterfly. Stuff with crab mixture, then secure edges with toothpicks if needed.
3️⃣ Sear & Bake: Heat oil in skillet. Sear salmon 2 mins per side. Top with shrimp, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 mins.
4️⃣ Finish: Drizzle with lemon herb butter and serve with lemon wedges.
