No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
½ cup melted butter
Filling:
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup chopped pecans
Topping:
½ cup caramel sauce
Chocolate shavings (garnish)
Pecan halves (garnish)
Instructions:
Make the Crust:
Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
Mix the Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and sour cream; mix until combined. Stir in melted chocolate until fully blended.
Fold in Extras:
Gently fold in whipped topping, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
Assemble Cheesecake:
Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Top & Chill:
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Garnish & Serve:
Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings and pecan halves. Slice and enjoy!
