π Ingredients:
For the Salmon Bites:
1Β½ pounds salmon fillets (skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Β½ teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
ΒΌ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
Β½ cup mayonnaise
ΒΌ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1οΈβ£ Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2οΈβ£ In a large bowl, combine salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
3οΈβ£ Arrange seasoned salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
4οΈβ£ While salmon bakes, prepare the Bang Bang sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
