👨🍳Ingredients:
– For the Sausage Patties:
– 500 g ground beef
– 250 g ground pork (or sausage)
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tbsp dried parsley)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 large egg
– For the Deep Frying:
– Oil for frying
– For Serving:
– Hamburger buns
– Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and your favorite condiments
👩🍳Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sausage Patties:
– In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and egg.
– Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
2. Form the Patties:
– Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1.5 cm (1/2 inch) thick.
3. Heat the Oil:
– In a deep skillet or fryer, heat oil to 180°C (350°F). You’ll need enough oil to submerge the patties.
4. Fry the Patties:
– Carefully place the patties in the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
– Use a slotted spoon to remove the patties and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
5. Assemble the Burgers:
– Toast the hamburger buns if desired. Place a sausage patty on each bun and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and your favorite condiments.
6. Serve:
– Enjoy your ultimate deep hamburger sausage with fries or a side salad!
